This truly idyllic location on the Suffolk Heritage Coast, is an ideal holiday retreat for bird enthusiasts and families alike

ACCOMMODATION

Kitchen/sitting room: (shown above) At one end a fully equipped kitchen including electric cooker, microwave, fridge, dining table and 4 chairs. The remainder of the room is an attractively furnished sitting room with large sofas, colour TV/DVD, a CD player and a view to die for!

Bedroom 1: (above left) Queen sized double bed, built-in cupboard, chest of drawers and river view.

Bedroom 2: (above right) Two single beds, built-in cupboard, chest of drawers.

Bathroom: Bath, (shower mixer), washbasin, wc.

Garden: Garden furniture and lawn. Parking: For two cars.
